Refund Policy
Last updated: 12 October 2026
14-day money-back guarantee
If you're not happy with Ravenkeep Premium, you can get a full refund of any payment — the first one or a renewal — within 14 days of that payment. No reason needed.
How to ask for a refund
- Reply to your Paddle receipt email, or find your order at paddle.net and request a refund there; or
- email us at scaronbroadway@gmail.com with the email address you paid with (or the server's ID).
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles returns, so refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method. They usually arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
What happens after a refund
The refunded subscription is canceled and the server goes back to the free plan straight away. Nothing is deleted: what you've made keeps working (adding more waits until you're within the free plan's limits). Things that run on a timer — social alert follows, repeating messages and stat counters — keep running up to the free plan's number (you choose which; until you do, the oldest), and the rest pause until Premium is back; social alerts are checked every 10 minutes again and messages repeat at most every hour. Premium-only extras switch off and come back if you subscribe again.
Canceling without a refund
You can cancel any time on the server's Premium page in the dashboard (“Manage subscription”). Premium then stays on until the end of the period you paid for and doesn't renew. After the 14-day window we don't refund partly used periods, except where the law requires it or if we stop the service (see the Terms of Service).
Your legal rights
This policy is in addition to your rights under consumer law, such as the 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU and UK.
